The location is perfect with one of the most amazing beaches around. the beach area offers BBQ on the beach, which is a great way to enjoy the seashore and the food simultaneously. the rooms are very spacious, luxurious and clean with comfortable beds, and beautiful balconies with great views. the breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide variety of food choices for all.

The bar staff tends to overlook the queue at times and serve the customers leaving gratuity first.

It took us 8 minutes to drive to this nice accommodation from the airport. Rooms were spotlessly clean.

We stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and the location was great, not too far from the airport and close to shops and supermarkets. the staff were friendly and helpful. the beach was amazing with crystal clear water and plenty of activities to try like kayaking and sailing. Plus, the hotel offered a big party at another location which was fun.

The food was repetitive and not that great. the a la carte restaurants were subpar and felt more like buffets.

This luxurious hotel fulfilled my every need, with exclusive amenities and top-quality service. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were unparalleled, with a stunning garden area to relax in. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious food and drinks, with a choice of continental or buffet breakfast.
